Vehicle graphics

Cut lettering, partial livery and full wraps — drawn onto your actual vehicle model before we cut anything, printed on cast film and fitted indoors. One van or forty, laid out so every one of them matches.

01 / Coverage

How much of the van
needs covering.

More coverage is not automatically better. A clean set of cut lettering on a white van often out-performs a busy wrap — and costs a quarter as much. We will tell you where the line is for your trade.

Cut lettering

Cut lettering

Name, trade, number and web address in cast cut vinyl. The cheapest way to look established, and it peels off cleanly at resale.

Off road
Half a day
Best for
Trades, sole traders
Partial livery

Partial livery

Printed panels on the rear and lower body with cut vinyl above. Most of the visual impact of a wrap for roughly half the film.

Growing fleets
Full wrap

Full wrap

Every panel covered, including a colour change if you want one. Cast film into the recesses, laminated, and removable without touching the paint.

Fleet rollout

Fleet rollout

One approved layout, held on file and applied to every model in the fleet — so a Transit and a Caddy still read as the same company.

Throughput

02 / Fleets

Forty vans, one
set of drawings.

Rollouts fail on consistency, not on film. We draw the livery once against manufacturer templates, get it signed off, and then every vehicle is fitted to that drawing — including the ones you buy in two years.

Held on file

Approved layout

Signed-off artwork per vehicle type, so no one re-designs it on the shop floor.

Scheduling

Around your rota

Two or three at a time so the fleet keeps working, or a weekend block if you would rather.

Compliance

Chapter 8 kits

Chevrons, conspicuity tape and reflective markings to the specification your contracts ask for.

End of lease

Clean removal

Film heat-lifted and adhesive removed so the vehicle goes back without a de-branding charge.

03 / Sequence

Booked in, wrapped, back out.

01

Vehicle list

Make, model, wheelbase and roof height. We pull the manufacturer template for each one.

02

Visual

Your livery drawn on your vehicle, both sides and rear, to scale. Revised until you are happy.

03

Print & cut

Cast film printed and laminated in house, panels cut and numbered to the drawing.

04

Fit indoors

Washed, degreased and fitted in a heated bay. Film does not behave on a cold windy yard.

05

Post-heat

Every recess and edge post-heated and logged, which is what stops film lifting at six months.

04 / Recent

Out on the road.

05 / Budget

Priced per vehicle,
not per square metre.

A high-roof Sprinter and a Caddy are not the same job even with the same artwork. Send us the list and the coverage you want and we will price each model properly — then hold that price for the rest of the rollout.

Step 01

Send the list

Makes, models and how many. A photo of one of them helps more than a spreadsheet.

Step 02

See it drawn

A scaled visual on your actual vehicle before anything is printed. Revisions included.

Step 03

One price per model

Held for the rollout, so vehicle forty costs what vehicle one did.

Talk to the person who will
actually fit it.

Ten minutes on the phone usually settles coverage, downtime and budget — and saves a wrap you did not need.

06 / Questions

The ones we
get asked most.

Will a wrap damage the paint?

No — on sound factory paint it protects it. We only use cast film with a removable adhesive, and we lift it with heat at the end of life. Resprayed panels are the exception: tell us if any panel has been repainted and we will test a corner first.

How long will the vehicle be off the road?

Half a day for cut lettering, a day for partial livery, two to three days for a full wrap. We book vehicles in individually so a fleet is never all off the road at once.

Can you match our existing livery?

Yes. Send a photo of a current vehicle and we will redraw it properly to your brand colours, then keep that drawing on file so future vehicles match rather than drift.

Do you do plant, trailers and machinery?

Regularly — excavators, dumpers, curtain-siders and static plant, plus reflective marking and Chapter 8 kits. Textured and painted surfaces need a different film, which we specify at survey.
