01 / Compliance

Signs you have to
have, done properly.

Statutory signage is the one category where getting it wrong has consequences beyond looking cheap. We work to the standard symbols and colours, on the right substrate for the location, and we tell you where a sign is genuinely required rather than selling you a wall of them.

Statutory safety signs

02 / Hoarding

Two hundred metres
of free advertising.

A site hoarding is already there and already costing you money. Printed properly it sells the units, carries the principal contractor's details and keeps the local authority happy at the same time.

Layout

Set out to the run

We measure the hoarding line and lay the artwork across it, so images land on panels instead of being cut in half by a joint.

Material

Built to last the build

Printed ACM or laminated film on ply, specified against how long the site is live and how exposed the line is.

Statutory

Boards and notices

F10, principal contractor details, site rules and emergency information, in the sizes inspectors expect to see.

Phases

Updated as it moves

Panels overprinted or replaced as phases release, using the artwork we already hold rather than starting again.

03 / Sequence

Walked, scheduled, installed.

01

Site walk

We walk the route with your site manager and mark up where signage is actually needed.

02

Schedule

A numbered signage schedule with sizes, materials and locations — the document your QS actually wants.

03

Produce

Printed, laminated and cut in house, with every item labelled to its schedule number.

04

Install

CSCS-carded fitters with RAMS, inducted like any other trade on your site.

05

Hand over

Photographed and signed off against the schedule, so the file is complete for your H&S records.

04 / Recent

On site.

05 / Budget

Priced off a schedule,
not off a guess.

Site signage goes wrong when it is ordered piecemeal. Walk the site with us once, and you get a schedule you can price, value-engineer and re-order against for the rest of the programme.

Step 01

A site walk

Half an hour on site with your manager, at our cost, anywhere in the Midlands.

Step 02

A signage schedule

Numbered, with sizes, materials and locations — yours to keep whether you order or not.

Step 03

One fixed price

Supplied and installed, with rates held for repeat items across the programme.

Talk to the person who will
walk the site with you.

We would rather spend half an hour on site than exchange six emails about sign sizes. Call and we will get a date in this week.

06 / Questions

The ones we
get asked most.

Which safety signs do we legally need?

It depends on your risk assessment rather than on a fixed list — signage is required where a significant risk remains after other controls. We work from your assessment, use the standard ISO 7010 symbols and will tell you where a sign adds nothing.

Can you work on a live site?

Yes. Our fitters are CSCS-carded, we issue RAMS ahead of arrival and we book in through your induction like any other subcontractor. We carry our own access equipment up to 4.5 metres.

How long does printed hoarding last?

Laminated film on ply is good for around two years; printed aluminium composite will outlast most build programmes. We specify against the length of the job rather than defaulting to the cheapest option.

Do you supply small top-up orders?

Yes — once your schedule exists, re-ordering a damaged sign is a single line and a next-day despatch. We hold the artwork so replacements match what is already up.
